Why is there a fee to start on the business side?

No, and that's deliberate. If it were credited, every recommendation would quietly bend toward a placement. The fee is for the analysis and is independent of any financing outcome.

Nowhere, until you approve a specific lender in writing. Then it goes to that lender, alone. When there's an answer, we decide together whether to move to the next one. Your remaining pool is tracked throughout.

My file has already been shopped everywhere. Is it too late?

Not necessarily, but another submission today is the one action that reliably makes it worse. Lenders see duplicate submissions and stacked declines. The starting point is a Market Exposure Assessment: what's left, how long to wait, and what to fix during the wait.

Is there a phone number or a calendar link?

The office numbers and a direct message form are on the Contact page. There is no public calendar link — the booking step appears after payment on the confirmation page and in your receipt, so only committed clients see it.
