Terms of Service
The terms that govern this site and any engagement with the practice.
Nature of services
Centaurian Commercial Capital, LLC provides capital strategy and advisory services and arranges business-purpose financing. It is not a bank or a direct lender. All financing offered or arranged is for business purposes only; no consumer loans are offered.
Paid engagements
Strategy engagements are paid in advance. Fees are for analysis and deliverables and are never credited against, or contingent upon, any financing outcome. Engaging the practice does not guarantee an approval, an offer, specific terms, or a specific amount.
Delivery guarantee
If a purchased deliverable is not delivered within the stated business-day window with a findings call scheduled, the fee is refunded in full. The guarantee covers delivery, not any financing result.
Scheduling and rescheduling
One free reschedule is available for a scheduled findings call. If a second scheduled call is missed, the fee is considered consumed and the written deliverable is delivered by email as prepared.
Your responsibilities
You agree that information and documents you provide are accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. Analysis quality depends directly on the accuracy of what you submit.
Submissions to lenders
No file is submitted to any lender without your specific written approval identifying that lender. You may withdraw approval at any time before submission.
No guarantee; limitation of liability
Nothing on this site is a commitment to lend, and rates, terms, and program details are illustrative and subject to lender underwriting and change without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
